For August camps, we understand plans may change however staffing is determined by camp enrollment and we are committed to providing a great experience to all of our campers and staff.  Therefore, customers requesting a refund three (3) weeks or more prior to the first day of camp will be charged a 20% administration fee.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Events@WildeLake.org.

There are NO REFUNDS within three (3) weeks of the first day of camp.  Emergencies, injuries, or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will require verification.  If you believe you have an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact the office at 410-730-3987.

We do not offer before or after care at any of our camps.

If your camper is sick, please DO NOT send them to camp.

Unwell campers will be sent home immediately.  Campers who develop an illness while at camp will be sent home at the discretion of the Camp Manager or Camp Director.  Campers with a fever may return when they have been fever-free without medication for 24 hours.  Campers who have vomited must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to camp.

No refunds are given for missed camp days.

Camp employees are not able to administer medications of any kind. If your camper requires medication to be taken during the camp day, please call 410-730-3987 to make arrangements PRIOR to the beginning of camp for the parent/guardian to come and administer the medications, when needed.
Campers who require access to emergency medications such as epi-pens or inhalers may be allowed to self-administer with proper documentation. Please call 410-730-3987 for more details and to make arrangements.

Campers should bring a non-perishable, nut-free lunch and a filled water bottle each day of camp.  Please do not send your camper with food that needs to be refridgerated or heated.

You may send non-perishable, nut-free snacks for breaks.

Campers should dress comfortably for an active day of crafts and movement.  We highly recommend sneakers or close toed shoes and layers.  Most of the day will be held inside but lunches and some rest periods may be held outside, as weather permits.

We do not recommend wearing anything formal or which may be damaged by common crafting materials.

In the event of a late pick-up, families will be charged $20 for every 15 minutes, or portion thereof, after the official end of camp. If a child is not picked up within 30 minutes of closing, the late fees will be doubled. Exceptions are not made for traffic or weather. Late pickup fees are assessed per child. Late pickup fees are not subject to a reduced rate.

These camps are perfect for all children who love to sing, dance, or act!  They will learn lines, choreography, music, and small prop making.

Your camper will improve existing theater skills as well as social skills as their confidence increases.
